MyPathway User Help & Support
MyPathway is a digital support tool to help you feel empowered in your healthcare. You have been invited to register for MyPathway to support you through your healthcare journey.
We have provided support information to the most frequently asked MyPathway technical support questions below:
If you are trying to register for MyPathway or are already registered but the system is not accepting the details you have input, please check the following:
- Please ensure that the correct email address and password is being used and check that your device is not using a stored email or password as this may be invalid.
- If you try to login at least 10 times with the incorrect credentials your password will be reset, a password reset link will be sent to your registered email address.
- The email address that is required is the one that you have registered with MyPathway or is the email address that has been registered with your health care provider.
- If you are already registered and your email address is correct, you could be mistyping the password. Please check by clicking on the ‘Show password’ tick box; if the password has been input correctly but the system does not recognise it, please reset your password.
- If it could possibly be a different email address, please try to register or login with this. You can change your email address once you have registered / accessed the app and instructions on how to do this are shown below.
- If you are registering for MyPathway, please check that you have inputted the date of birth correctly and accepted the privacy policy.
MyPathway no longer supports Internet Explorer 11. To continue using MyPathway on your computer, we recommend upgrading to Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome. To check the version of your browser please click on the 3 dots on top right-hand side, click settings and then About Microsoft Edge, this will tell you the version of the browser.
For any queries relating to your appointment or care, please contact your healthcare provider directly or their appointment booking department. The MyPathway Service Desk cannot book, cancel, or amend appointment bookings, or answer questions about the healthcare service.
If the system won’t accept your password or you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by visiting:
https://www.mypathway.care/forgot-password
Please enter your email address and click "Reset Password". You will be sent a password reset email from no-reply@mypathway.care - please try and complete this within 20 minutes. This email may arrive in a junk or quarantine folder.
When inputting your new password, please double check that your keyboard is selecting the correct case i.e.. Uppercase or lowercase letters.
Some of our users have had difficulty with their digital onscreen keyboards as it types the first character as uppercase. The password facility requires the exact case used when creating your password. It is strongly recommended to select the option to show your password. This will allow you to proofread your entry and highlight if your device is inputting a stored password.
If you do not receive a password reset email, please assume that you have submitted an email address that is not recognised by MyPathway. Please contact our Service Desk for further assistance. You can contact us on 03303211291 or via email support@mypathway.care
To change your email address, click on ‘Profile’ in MyPathway; click on the edit icon to the right of your email address; input the new email address and click on the tick icon. For security reasons, an email will be sent to both your old and new email addresses – please follow the instructions in the email to verify the changeover..
Please note: if you registered for MyPathway via an email invitation, the email address used is the one held by your health care provider. You should therefore let the service know of any change to your contact details. Please contact our Service Desk if you require any further assistance.
